Senior Spotlight-Brayden Wiese

Brayden is the son of Bill Wiese and Jennifer Wiese. He has one sister Brenna. One of his favorite family activities is going out for supper together. He has worked at John Ryan Construction for two years. Grandpa Ryan is Brayden’s hero and he is the person that Brayden admires the most. He says that he admires how hard working his grandpa is. Brayden says the sign from his grandpa’s company is one of his most valued possessions.

The accomplishment that Brayden is most proud of thus far is getting all-conference in wrestling. His favorite food is prime rib and his least favorite food is BBQ. If he could travel to one place in the entire world he would go to Alaska because he thinks it looks like a pretty place. Brayden’s one wish is to own his own company someday. Three things he wants to accomplish in his lifetime is to build his own house, get married, and be successful. In 10 years he sees himself working and living with a family.

In school Brayden has been involved in football and wrestling for all four years of high school. He has enjoyed football the most because he enjoyed being with a team. His favorite teacher at Colman-Egan is Mr. Williamson. Brayden says, “He has been very influential on me.” He also says that Coach Williamson has taught him how to work hard. PE was his favorite class, he liked all the games that they played. Brayden’s most creative excuse he has ever used to get out of a homework assignment during school was that his “computer died”. One of his favorite memories from his senior year was spending a whole day pouring concrete. His most challenging task as a senior has been finding the motivation to do his senior project.

If Brayden could do one thing differently in high school, he says he would be involved in more things. He will miss seeing his friends every day after he graduates from high school. The advice he would give to underclassmen is, “Work hard and get your work done.”

Brayden plans on attending Lake Area Technical School for Diesel Tech.
